The Writing Post is published by Joshua Sampson, a teacher, writer, and literacy advocate. He earned a master’s degree in writing from Eastern Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in technical writing from Saginaw Valley State University. A lifelong blogger, he spent a decade in journalism before transitioning to teaching, a profession he has embraced for the past six years.
