Forgoing a “complainy” post to share some stories

I was going to write about why I have not kept up with the blog lately (work and school), but I have already done a number of those posts, and why keep beating a dead horse?

It’s Reading Month, so I am going to give you a list of some of the books and stories I have read from September until now that have had some impact on me or that I could recommend to somebody (like you). You will probably recognize quite a few of these, and in hindsight, I think it is my mission to diversify my reading list for the next few months if only to get away from popular works and into obscure reading territory. Nevertheless, each one of these books or stories has had an impact on me, whether that be psychologically or emotionally, and, if you give them a chance, I believe they will have some impact on you, too.
